Throughout the week, First Baptist Church of Greater Des Moines offers an assortment of programs and ministries for the entire family. At First Baptist, you will find:

Our mission is “Lighting the Way to Life by Centering People on Christ.” We exist to reach out and help people who are seeking to find, renew or strengthen a relationship with Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.

Whether you’re an adult interested in Bible study and ministry, a teen searching for belonging or a child longing for friendship, we offer something for everyone. In addition, FBC supports mission opportunities through Iowa and all over the world.

If you are passionate about making a difference and spreading God's Word, we invite you to participate any way you can. Volunteerism and monetary donations are equally important and each make it possible for these efforts to continue.
