‘March’ to First Baptist during Lent!

As Christians observe then season of Lent in March  to prepare for the celebration of a Risen Savior on Easter (April 9), the First Baptist Church of Greater Des Moines encourages you to participate in church activities and to be in fellowship with believers.

 

Making church attendance a priority and pattern in your life is one of the best ways to continue to grow in your faith through corporate worship, Bible-based sermons, Christian education activities, and fellowship with believers.

 

Sunday morning worship  — 10 a.m.

Wednesday night activities — 6 p.m. (includes dinner)


Holy Week Services

April 2 -  Palm Sunday Service,  10 a.m. 

April 7 - Good Friday Tenebrae, 7 p.m.

April 9 - Easter Celebration of the Resurrection, 10 a.m.

To support and encourage participation by adults with young children,  The Church provides childcare for infants and pre-kindergarten toddlers —  from 9 am to noon for Sunday services  and from 6 to 8 pm for Wednesday night activities.
